TOUR

Bukchon east history tour

Bukchon East is located next to Changdeokgung.

A charming and quieter area compared to Bukchon West as it

strays away from the main crowd and tucked into the

neighborhood of Gahoe-dong. This tour covers 2 part of

hanok village. There are Gahoe-dong and Ikseondong.

Gahoe means “joyful meeting” in Korean, perfect for a

neighborhood with residents live closely together in hanoks.

This area is a hanok residential district and has many facilities

offering traditional cultures and beautiful Korean architectures.

You will get to see and experience how upper class live during the

Joseon Dynasty.

It is a must visit place to see in Seoul if you want to avoid

the main-stream shops in Bukchon West.

Meeting point location

Anguk station,

Seoul Subway

line 3 and Exit 1.
