  1. 예약 환불
  • 예약 확정 후 투어 시작 96시간 전까지 투어 취소를 요청하시면 100% 환불, 투어 시작 96시간~ 48시간 전까지 취소 요청시 50% 환불과 투어일정 연기 가능, 투어 시작 48시간 전 ~ 투어 당일은 취소하실 수 있으나 일정변경과 환불이 불가합니다. 눈, 비 등의 천재지변 등으로 인한 투어 취소는 본사 판단하에 결정하며, 해당 상황시 당일취소도 100% 환불해드립니다. 예약시간 변경은 투어 시작 48시간 전까지만 가능합니다.

        2. 예약 시간 준수

  • 투어에 늦으시더라도 투어종료시간은 늦춰지지 않습니다. 원활한 투어진행을 위해 투어 시작 전 여유있게 도착하시는 것을 권장합니다.

  • A 100% refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled 96 hours before your tour time.A 50% refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled 48 hours before your tour time.No refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before your tour time.In case of excess snow, rain, and natural disasters, your tour may be cancelled under our discretion and a 100% refund will be issued.You may not reschedule your tour 48 hours before your tour time.

        2. Punctuality

  • The tour will begin at your scheduled tour start time and end at the exact end time regardless of punctuality and tardiness.
